For the past three years, she has also been serving families as a birth doula, blending her clinical expertise with a warm, holistic approach. She is a strong advocate for natural, physiologic birth and offers calm, compassionate support throughout labor. When medical interventions become necessary, she believes in empowering families through informed decision-making, ensuring their voices are heard and respected every step of the way. In addition to doula services, Lauren is also available for in-home lactation consultations, providing gentle, personalized support, no matter what stage of the feeding journey families are in.
