I support families from prenatal through birth and postpartum with the goal of fostering positive and empowering birth experiences. I am VBAC( vaginal birth after cesarean) certified and provide peer breast-feeding support that is rooted in informed consent, advocacy, and compassionate care.

As part of the package your doula will offer: - Up to 3 prenatal visits* - Unlimited virtual support, phone support or email contact - On-call availability from the 37th week of pregnancy through birth – we do our best to be available should your labor begin prior to the 37th week - A backup doula of similar or greater experience than the primary doula.
